Craig focuses his practice on Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights as well as Business Transactions, Banking Transactions and Divorce/Family Law.
The law firm represents a wide variety of banks, credit unions, financial institutions and manufacturing companies. Craig has also acted as Counsel to many secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 and 7 proceedings nationwide. This representation includes acting as counsel for Unsecured Creditors Committees in Chapter 11 cases as well as representation of United States Trustees. The law firm also advises clients concerning debt restructuring, loan documentation, and Article 9 lien property disputes. In addition, the firm represents individuals in Domestic Relations/Family Law issues.
Craig received his B.A. from the American University in 1986, Cum Laude, and his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1989. While attending Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Craig served as the Business Editor of the Law Review.
